There is a relatively higher incidence of penile cancer in India 3.32 per 100 000 men, whereas Jewish men have the lowest incidence. The risk factors include phimosis, balanitis, and no circumcision. Human papillomavirus accounts for 40% cases. Other obesity, smoking, Psoralen UV- A therapy. Penile common above age 50 years. 95% squamous cell, carcinoma. Treatment carcinoma stage wise, where surgery, partial or total penectomy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy are mainstay. Laser therapy often used treatment both CIS low-grade/stage invasive disease. neoadjuvant regimen TIP, which consists 4 cycles paclitaxel, ifosfamide, cisplatin. Nimotuzumab EGFR-antibody as an alternative salvage advanced cancer. Immune Checkpoints blockades such cabozantinib evaluated resistant diseases. Avelumab currently tested patients two ongoing trials.
